Accountant- Intern

Wakhati Agri Business Ltd is looking for a motivated Accountant Intern to join our team in Adjumani, Uganda.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of a growing agribusiness that serves farmers across Northern Uganda.

You’ll learn how finance drives real decisions on the ground.

What you’ll do

• Record transactions and keep accounts accurate
• Help prepare financial statements, reports and budgets
• Reconcile bank statements and track payables and receivables
• Support payroll and tax documentation

Who we’re looking for

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration (accounting focus) or equivalent. A degree is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• Accuracy, integrity and a genuine willingness to learn What you’ll gain
• Practical experience in accounting and financial management, and real exposure to how a business runs.
