Business Development & Client Acquisition Officer

We are hiring a Business Development & Client Acquisition Officer to join our team in Kampala.

What you will do:

• Identify and engage prospective clients
• Generate and manage sales leads
• Secure client meetings and presentation opportunities
• Prepare and follow up proposals and quotations
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Support pitches, RFQs, RFPs and other business opportunities
• Help grow Akilli Creatives’ client portfolio and revenue

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales, business development or client service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and organisation
• Ability to work towards sales targets Experience in a creative, marketing, media, communications, events, branding or other B2B service environment is an added advantage.
