Job Summary: Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with Sales & Marketing background for the position of Call Center Agent in a dynamic and highly innovative financial institution, which financial solutions to individuals, SMEs and Civil Servants across the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
- Manage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion
- Collect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and service improvement
- Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored solution
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes
- Solve clients’ problems promptly and escalate any unresolved queries.
- Evaluate and assess the credit risk of individual clients according to institutional policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
- No prior experience is required
- Skills: Integrity, analytical thinking, organizational skills, knowledge in credit activities, and computer literacy.
- Team player, self-starter, ability to work towards set targets, excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age: Above 23 years.
- Additional: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision in an aggressive sales target environment
