Job description

Install and configure routers, switches, access points and customer-premise equipment
Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, fibre, radio and internet connectivity solutions.
Conduct site surveys, installations, testing and customer handover.
Diagnose and resolve network, hardware and connectivity incidents within SLA timelines.
Maintain accurate tickets, configurations and field reports

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in ITComputer ScienceTelecommunicationsNetwork Engineering. Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of relevant IT supportnetworking or field engineering experience. Good knowledge of TCP/PRouting & Switching Wireless Networks and Endpoint Support. CCNAMikro TikMicrosoftFortinetCompTIA Network+ or ITIL certification is an added advantage.
