Finance Manager

We’re Hiring:  Finance Manager | Kampala, Uganda & Kenya

Are you a strategic and hands-on finance professional with experience in leasing, asset finance, microfinance, fintech, or mobility businesses?

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our growing electric mobility business. This role is central to managing financial planning, reporting, cash flow, credit risk, and lease portfolio performance across our innovative e-bike leasing and battery-swap credit model.

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Experience: 7-10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Management of lease receivables, credit portfolios, and collections performance
• IFRS-compliant financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Cash flow, treasury, and mobile money reconciliation oversight
• Financial controls, fraud prevention, and process improvement
• Leadership of finance teams and presentation of insights to senior management and investors

We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in leasing, asset finance, consumer credit, fintech, or mobility sectors
