WE’RE HIRING: FRACTIONAL CFO
Working arrangement: Part-time
We seek an experienced finance professional to strengthen financial management and support sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
• Oversee financial reporting and management accounts.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Strengthen internal controls and follow up audit recommendations.
• Assess branch and loan product profitability.
• Support funding applications and investor reporting.
• Coach the finance team.
Requirements
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong financial modelling, reporting and analytical skills.
• Microfinance or financial services experience preferred.
