Attend to guest inquiries and requests professionally.
Take and communicate food and beverage orders when required.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure they are comfortable.
Assist with reservations and guest bookings.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a welcoming, professional and positive atmosphere.
Assist with promoting additional services and experiences offered at Hakuna Matata Gardens.
