Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR  Management, Psychology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws & compliance.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• 7+ years’ experience in Human Capital Management.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, distribution or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
