LECTURER - MUSIC - Department of Performing Arts & Film

Duties/Responsibilities

1.    Teach, examine and grade students;

2.    Supervise research for students;

3.    Mentor junior staff;

4.    Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5.    Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6.    Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Music with specialty in Music Theory or Music Performance or Music Composition or Music Technology;
• Masters degree with specialty in Music Theory or Music Performance or Music Composition or Music Technology;

An Honors Bachelor’s degree in Music.

Tenure of Appointment: Permanent;
