Operations Manager Night Shift

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct  Management of production, Quality, operational functions during the night shift.
• Coordinate Maintenance department to minimize downtime by monitoring equipment performance and promptly reporting any breakdowns.
• Ensure proper handover between day and night shifts.
• Supervise processes and ensure compliance to company’s quality SOPs.
• Monitor productivity and proper manpower allocation in line with production pan.
• Coordinate Raw material inventories to maintain re-order levels.
• Motivate staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Address operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Ensure all employees comply with the Environmental Health and Safety standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Management or a related field is required.
• Masters of science in manufacturing engineering is added advantage.
• 5+years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and any ERP
