Plant Engineering Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a Plant Engineering Supervisor to oversee the maintenance. repair, and optimization of all engineering systems within the processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across plant equipment and utilities.

Team Supervision: Lead and manage technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Operational Support: Minimize downtime by ensuring rapid response to equipment breakdowns and technical issues.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations in all engineering operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical.
  Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment. refrigeration systems, and utilities.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage maintenance schedules.
• Familiarity with safety standards, compliance regulations, and preventive maintenance systems.
