Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our daily business activities, improve performance, and maintain high service standards across our restaurant operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Supervise front- and back-of-house operations across various shifts.
• Resolve guest concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee marketing support (events, specials) in coordination with the social media team.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and food and labor costs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Set direction and oversee the Facilities & Logistics team accountable for grounds, security, and deliveries.
• Monitor operations for compliance with brand and service standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of progressive management experience in restaurants, hotels, or food-service settings.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and safety compliance is an added advantage.
