SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a professional, energetic and target-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

AGE: 26 – 30 YEARS

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales, business development or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident and target-driven.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Good understanding of customer needs and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance, attitude and integrity.
• Experience in valves, fittings, water solutions, construction or a related industry is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Visit and engage potential and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales.
• Achieve agreed monthly and individual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports.
