SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will lead and coordinate Masheda’s commercial functions by providing strategic leadership in sales and marketing, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Revenue Growth:
  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit company revenue. volume, and profitability targets.
• Marketing & Brand Management:
  Oversee multi-channel promotional campaigns, digital marketing. advertising, brand positioning. and product launches.
• Team Leadership & Performance:
  Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales and marketing staff while setting clear individual and departmental KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing.
  Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
• Additional professional marketing or sales certifications are a strong advantage.
• 7-10 years of marketing experience
  (FMCG, food, retail, or consumer brands preferred).
• At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory. team lead, or management role
