SALES REPRESENTATIVE – OPPEIN HOME UGANDA

 Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the face of the Oppein brand – engaging with walk-in customers, generating leads, understanding client needs, and closing sales for our custom cabinetry and home interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult walk-in customers at the showroom
• Present and recommend Oppein products
• Generate new leads and follow up on quotations
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales contracts
• Coordinate with design and installation teams
• Represent Oppein at events
• Maintain accurate records and gather market intelligence

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM is a plus)
• Fluency in English/local language
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
