Job Summary: To maintain a team of at least 8 Loans Officers, driving lead generation and sales conversions, ensuring field discipline, and delivering monthly recruitment and sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a minimum of 8 Loans Officers each month.
- Drive daily lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion activities for the team.
- Supervise and monitor field teams to ensure adherence to approved route plans, work schedules, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and field support sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
- Track team productivity and sales results through daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Provide continuous feedback, motivation, and performance improvement support to Loans Officers.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, recruitment performance, training conducted, and team achievements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and high performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or marketing experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
