The tailor will be responsible for measuring, cutting and sewing the clothing to be used for making the laptop sleeves/ bags. He or she will be making services as part of organisations livelihood and skill development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailoring services as assigned
Cut fabric according to the patterns and designs
Maintain and properly use tailoring equipment and machines
Keep the work area clean and organised
Requirements
Proven experience in tailoring
Skilled in both machine and hand sewing
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
Good attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills
Skills in pattern making (desirable)
Good eye sight, ability to sit for long hours on a machine
Education & Experience
Certificate in tailoring, fashion and design or related field
