Team Leader – Car Logbook Financing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit, onboard & retain high-performing sales agents, Expand team to meet targets.
• Training & Coaching: Train on logbook products, sales & compliance, Provide field coaching & mentoring, Manage performance.
• Sales & Growth: Set & drive weekly/monthly targets, Support lead generation & portfolio growth, Identify new market opportunities.
• Portfolio & Compliance: Monitor applications, disbursements & repayments, Ensure KYC & documentation compliance, Track performance & reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Finance
• 2+ years Logbook/Asset Financing MUST
• Proven leadership & target hitting
• Know Kampala well; Luganda & English
• Self-driven & target oriented
