Job description

Recruit, train, and retain a minimum of 15 Sales Agents
Conduct market analysis, propose product improvements, and provide recommendations to the Agency Manager.
Ensure achievement of Unit sales targets (MPI, Case Count, API, and Persistence).
Ensure continuous and effective training of Sales Agents on products and procedures.
Design and implement promotional activities to increase product awareness.
Recommend disciplinary action to the Disciplinary Board for Sales Agents who contravene

Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP). Valid IRA Agent License. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role within the insurance industry. Strong communicationnegotiationsupervisiontrainingand computer skills. Clear understanding of Life Assurance business.
