Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure a positive first impression of the company
Handling phone calls and messages:
Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient
Scheduling and managing appointments:
Maintain the calendars and schedules of company employees
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Managing front desk operations:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Providing general administrative support:
Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Representing the company professionally:
Act as the first point of contact for the company
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
Coordinating with other departments:
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations
Serve as a liaison between the reception area and other departments

Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Accept and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Telephone Operations:Answer and screen incoming calls promptly, directing them to the correct person or department
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
Provide basic information and assistance to callers as needed
Scheduling and Calendar Management:Maintain and update the schedules and calendars of company employees, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
Assist in arranging travel and accommodations for employees as needed
Administrative Support:Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document scanning
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Customer Service and Professionalism:Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring all visitors and callers are treated with respect and courtesy

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
